Latency-optimized order-flow infrastructure for on-chain trading.

Kopi Labs builds solvers and intent-execution infrastructure for permissionless trading. Our thesis: on-chain auction systems (CoW Protocol, 1inch Fusion, Uniswap X) route user intents to whichever solver quotes the best execution — and most solvers over-quote, under-simulate, or leave surplus on the table.

Our first product, Solivagus, is a competing CoW Protocol solver. It prices every hop, every fee tier, and every pool depth against a live venue graph, verifies each route end-to-end before submitting, and captures the delta other solvers miss.

Who we serve: DEX aggregators, market makers, and intent protocols who need a solver that treats worst-case execution as a bug, not a tolerance band.

Intent-based protocols hand every incoming order to a pool of competing solvers. We take that order, find the best route across our indexed venue graph, verify the whole thing works on-chain, and submit our solution back. Winner gets paid.
